Atsupi Sika Kaledzi is the Human Resource Manager at Star Oil Ltd, where she rose through the ranks as a personal Assistant to the CEO from 2015, Procurement officer, HR Officer and finally the HR Manager in 2025.Over the years, she has become a central part of the company's growth, overseeing recruitment, staff welfare, training and development, and performance management.
She is known for creating a workplace where people feel supported and able to do their best work.
She holds a first degree in French and Psychology from the University of Ghana,Legon and an MBA in Human Resource Management from UGBS. Her background in psychology gives her a genuine understanding of people, while her MBA grounds her work in solid business practice — a combination that shapes her balanced, thoughtful approach to HR.
