Ekow Wood – Chief Financial Officer & Distribution Manager
Ekow Wood is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 16 years of experience spanning public practice, finance leadership, and supply chain management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
Ekow began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ghana, where he provided assurance and advisory services to leading organizations across the banking, energy, and manufacturing sectors, including Shell Ghana, ENI Exploration Ghana, Barclays Bank Ghana, Multimedia Group Limited, and First Atlantic Merchant Bank.
He has since held senior leadership positions, including Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer, with extensive experience in financial strategy, corporate governance, financial reporting, business performance, and operational excellence.
In 2022, Ekow joined Star Oil Limited as Transport Manager before being appointed Distribution Manager in 2023, where he led initiatives to optimize nationwide fuel distribution, inventory planning, logistics operations, and supply chain performance. Ekow currently serves at the Chief Finance Officer and continues to oversee the company's distribution function.
