Emmanuel Williams Afful is a Mechanical Engineer and Transport Management professional with over 20 years of experience in fleet operations, transport management, vehicle maintenance, and petroleum logistics.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering (Plant Option) from Accra Technical University, an MBA from GIMPA, and Motor Vehicle Technician I, II and III certifications. He also holds additional professional certifications in computing, apprenticeship, and vocational training.

Emmanuel currently serves as the Transport Manager at Star Oil Company Limited, where he leads transport operations, fleet safety, regulatory compliance, and logistics performance. Prior to joining Star Oil, he served for over 15 years at Metro Mass Transit Limited, rising through technical and management roles.

He has also completed the Citi FM Management Bootcamp, further strengthening his leadership and management capabilities. Emmanuel is passionate about operational excellence, road transport safety, fleet optimization, and developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency within the downstream petroleum and transport industries.
